Our Cancellation Policy
For all apartments other than The Atrium: A full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in (less any out-of-pocket expenses). After that, a 50% refund for each night successfully relet. No refund if we are unable to relet any cancelled dates.
For The Atrium: A full refund for cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in (less any out-of-pocket expenses). After that, a 50% refund for each night successfully relet. No refund if we are unable to relet any cancelled dates.
Please note that we do not offer travel vouchers or date-changes for cancelled bookings.
Other Terms and Conditions
Prices do not include Housekeeping during stay. This service is available at extra cost if required.
Upon request, we will provide extra bed linen for stays of ten nights or more.
Strictly No Parties and sorry, No Pets.
Minimum age of main staying guest is 22 years old.
We do require photo identification before check-in.
